Through the exchange of Facebook messaging service, Messenger, it will become possible to ask for a shuttle service through the Uber. In a partnership announced this week, the two companies intend to expedite the movement of users of both services without having to unload the app Uber or exit a conversation on Messenger to place an order.

The use of the service requires, however, that download the updated version of app > Messenger. Within the messaging service, and even during a conversation with a friend or family member, you can ask the transport selecting the menu more and then transport. From that moment on, get all the information about the service, from the driver’s status, the distance that it is.

Also within the Messenger, you can track the service and pay for the trip. You can still make the same request by app Uber by clicking the icon in the form of car. Qurm do not have account in Uber, you can create one from the Messenger.

The first trip made by the new tool is free up to a value of 20 dollars (18 euros). For this, the user must connect to your account on Uber or create a new one and ask the Messenger service. All transportation-related data will be sent via private message, allowing the user to save their travel history and payments.

During the journey, the user can allow friends or family follow your route through the Messenger to know exactly where it is and when it will reach the destination.

“We’re making it as simple transport to send a message “writes Facebook in Post which announces the partnership with Uber, which for now is only being tested in the United States for some users, and is expected the service to be available soon in other countries.
