Audio for high resolution could be next ‘adventure’ Apple – SAPO Tek

Apple is reportedly working on a new audio format that will democratize called ‘high-resolution music’. The idea is to distribute content via Apple Music, thus ensuring a differentiating factor relative to a good part of the existing streaming services.

This new format, you’d have a 96kHz frequency and one 24-bit bitrate, guarantee users a sound quality twice that it was possible to find the physical CD, but through streaming explains Apple Insider website.
