Facebook wants to rival the Snapchat – Fiber

Creative Labs developed a new Facebook app that aims to rival the success of Snapchat, Vine and Meerkat. Called Riff, allows you to create videos up to 20 seconds and the creation of collaborative projects.

The idea of Riff is to allow a group of friends share videos, conversations and recordings by adding video clips to movies created by friends. According to the creator, Josh Miller, the production group in videos is a way to stimulate creativity and provide fun moments for users.

The application is free and is available for iOS and Android devices. For now, the Riff does not include video editing tools and a choice of “likes” or comments, to lead users to express themselves by adding content to existing videos.
