A woman died on Monday and another was seriously injured due to a screening of a car in São Pedro da Cova, Gondomar municipality, in the early afternoon, told Lusa one of the firefighters that corporation.

                     

                         The screening, recorded at around 13h20 on the road to Miguel, parish of St. Cosme, struck two women, eventually causing the death of one of the victims who was transported to the hospital of St. John in Porto, said.

The second victim, also injured seriously, was transported to the hospital of Santo António, Porto, as well as the driver of the car that, according to the same source, was slightly injured.
