HTC Mini One only gets to Portugal in October - TeK.sapo

After much mystery barely saved, HTC announced yesterday, July 18, a more compact version of the One, the flagship of technology in Taiwan. Scheduled for release in August in various selected countries, the Portuguese will have to wait until October to have access to HTC Mini One in the domestic market.

The technological eastern confirmed to TeK that only in the last quarter of the year is the device arrives in Portugal for a price of 499 euros. The HTC One, original version of the smartphone, is being marketed by operators for 599 euros.

The Mini version comes equipped with a Super LCD screen 2 4.3 inches with a resolution of 1280×720 pixels, against 3 Super LCD 4.7 inch Full HD One processor is dual-core 1.4 Ghz against the four cores at 1.7 Ghz model higher, RAM and internal storage also fell to 1GB and 16GB respectively.

The HTC Mini One shares some characteristics with his “brother” to have the same design and aluminum construction, the same Ultrapíxel photo sensor on the back and support for 4G networks. The two front speakers with technology BoomSound are also ensured. The smartphone will come with version 4.2.2 of Android, the latest to date.

Looking at the specifications, it is noticeable the difference between the models with damage to the HTC Mini. The question is whether the hundred euros difference in price is enough to captivate users.

The launch of variants of high-end smartphone is a strategy that has been adopted by manufacturers. Samsung and Sony are already working in this business model, with the Galaxy S4 and Xperia Active Ultra Z to serve as an example.
