A Japanese security company plans to market a ‘drone’ to manage security events organized in large outdoor enclosures in order to employ this technology in the Olympic Games and 2020 Paralympic Games in Tokyo.

The company Secom has just presented the prototype, a device not manned with about 15 meters long, a sophisticated video equipment, a powerful directional microphone and reflectors, according to the Nikkei business daily.

The device, able to stay in the air about two hours and move at about 50 miles per hour through the global positioning system (GPS), writes soil pictures about 100 meters high and sends them to a control center.
