Under 20: Ivan Knight surrenders injured Gonçalo Patience - The Ball

striker Ivan Knight was named to the Under-20 squad by coach to replace Goncalo Borges Edgar Patience, said on Saturday the Portuguese Football Federation.

Gonçalo Patience, FC Porto, was dispensed for medical reasons.

The Portuguese team Algarve matures in preparation for the World category which will take place from June 21 in Turkey.
