Microsoft launches mobile phone for 19 euros with video and music player – Reuters

             


                     
                 

             

 
                     

Microsoft on Monday announced the Nokia 130, a mobile phone low cost (19 euros) with video and music player . The device has not, however, link data, not being able to access any of the Internet services brand.


                 The Nokia 130 comes with video player , with readability of 16 hours of video recorded on a micro SD card, MP3 (46 hours), FM Radio, and has the capacity to store 6000 songs memory. The phone Microsoft has internet access but it is possible to make data sharing through cartãoSD, USB or <> Bluetooth .

The phone low-cost has a color screen of 1.8 inches (4.6 cms), 13 hours of talk time and supports up to 32GB of external storage. The Nokia 130 is available in Single and Dual SIM (using two cards simultaneously).

For now, the phone will be on sale in China, Egypt, India, Indonesia, Kenya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Philippines and Vietnam, indicates Microsoft.

Jo Harlow, vice president of Microsoft for smartphones dedicated to the area, explained to the BBC that the company launched the product to think of people with lower incomes in emerging markets, but stressed that despite its price of 19 euros, the Nokia 130 will bring profits to the company after deducting manufacturing costs and marketing .
