The Ebola App application came at the hands of seven Portuguese Waveweb programmers who created solely for the purpose of reassuring the computer, tells the Daily News.

Seven programmers Portuguese developed Ebola App application, originally created just for his own use, but then decided to share with others.

António Borges Rosado told the Daily News that the idea came in July, when the “panic” began to emerge. “We are seven developers, some more than others hypochondriacs. But we decided to think this could be harnessed, “said the young man.

With some free time, developed the application in two weeks. “The app was only on our cellphones. It was one thing for us, “said Antonio Borges Rosado.

The team then decided to share the application and put it on the App Store. “Without any promotion had 1,200 downloads,” says the developer.

The application is free for developers and the important thing is “the special pleasure to see people using it.”
