Premiere of PS4 marked by selling fewer games in Portugal - TeK.sapo

In the first nine months of this year were sold 969,000 copies of games for consoles in Portugal. The value represents a turnover of 25.7 million euros, down 17% vs. the same period.

According to figures given to the Public by GfK in 2012 sold 1,198 videogames, representing 31.1 million euros of revenue.

The sale of PC games, which is significantly smaller, also fell in 2013, according to information from the consultant.

For the arrival of new version of the Sony console, the PS4 will cost 399.99 euros, integrating a disk of 500 GB, eight-core processor, 8 GB of memory and Wi-Fi connectivity and Bluetooth.

The manufacturer puts high expectations at launch, providing sell three million PS4 in the space of a month and a half and two million units within two months.
