Greece has made progress but failed according to the troika - Público.pt

troika on Thursday issued a statement that indicates the progress made by Greece, but advises that left the country without having been able to conclude the negotiations, which will delay the disbursement of billions euros in the program adjustment.

“Good progress was made, but some questions remain open. The discussions will continue from the respective delegations and teams expect to return to Athens in early December, “said the document published by external authorities (International Monetary Fund, European Commission and European Central Bank).

The statement further explains that the visit to Greece was concluded following “productive discussions with the Greek authorities on the set of reforms that could be the basis for completion of ongoing evaluation.”

This is the fourth review of the Greek adjustment program, whose positive rating depends on the disbursement of a tranche billion loan agreed with the troika .
