Nvidia CEO confirms second generation of Microsoft ... - TeK.sapo

The CEO of Nvidia, Jen-Hsun Huang confirmed that the chipmaker is working closely with Microsoft on the development of the second generation of tablets Surface. The goal is to make the device “a great success”.

The CEO revealed to CNet that Nvidia is working “hard on” in order to make the next tablets a commercial success. The technology, which was responsible for processing the Surface RT, considers that the device did not sell well because not even have a native email application.

With the confirmation of a new generation and that Nvidia is a partners, it seems increasingly likely scenario being released several versions of the tablets. Previous reports were aware that Qualcomm would equip a version with Snapdragon processors 800.
