The brand with the four rings has new version for A3 range – Ultra – which will be available for the compact three-door and the five-door Sportback. This new version features quite acceptable performance, with a top speed of 200 km / h, acceleration from 0 to 100 km / h in 10.5 seconds. But your fuel tank of 50 liters allows autonomy of 1,500 km.
Numbers apparently exaggerated. However, brand advertising average consumption of only 3.2 litres/100 km and emissions merely 85 g / km. Performances obtained thanks to the light weight – 1.205 kg – S line aerodynamics, chassis lowered by 15 mm and tires with low rolling resistance as 205/55 R16.
The brand is considering developing version Ultra for other models and want to TDI engines like TFSI. In Germany will be available from September and 25,200 euros.
