Facebook criticized for study with questionable ethics

The journal that published a controversial company experience Facebook on handling feelings admitted on Thursday it was concerned because they were not followed or scientific ethics and the principles of informed consent.

The company’s Facebook seems to have been excluded from this rule, since all users agreed with its policy in relation to information when they opened an account, which constituted an informed consent for research, according to PNAS.
