Nokia Lumia 630 Windows Phone 8.1 debut in Portugal – TeK.sapo

Upgrading the operating system, which was named Cyan Lumia, will be available this summer for other Lumia devices running Windows Phone 8 but in a phased manner, depending on mobile operators.
