THE WKYT-TV reported that, for around four hours last Tuesday, a man and his wife agreed through the smoke of the explosion of a Galaxy Note 7, that was turned off and inactive, and even once caught fire during the early morning hours.
Samsung is with large problems due to the Galaxy Note 7, even after providing the replacement parts, already is not news since these new devices exploded inside a plane. But the situation seems to worsen every week, and this time one of the customers of the company has ended up in the hospital. The company still has not taken an official position on the incident involving the replacement units, which further complicates the scenario.
there was a confirmation that there is a widespread problem in the battery of the new units, but the company does not rule out the possibility of a security issue in its statement the most recent. Now, the last incident that had the news makes you question if the claims of the company on the security of the client is reliable and, especially, if the south Korean is taking the matter with the seriousness that it should.

Michael Klering, of Nicholasville, Kentucky, woke up around 4:00 at the beginning of this week to find your Galaxy Note 7 in flames your room filled with smoke. “I was scared to death for a moment,” said Klering. Later that same day, he began to feel sick and vomiting black, and it had to be taken to an emergency room, where he was diagnosed with acute bronchitis caused by smoke inhalation.
“All the room was covered in smoke, horrible smell. I looked and my phone was in flames. He should be the replacement, and you think that it would be safe. He was not connected. It was nothing, it was just placed there.
This happened on Tuesday and, of course, this is a troubling incident, but still there would be time for Samsung to mobilize to repair the damage and prevent future occurrences. What is most troubling, however, is that Samsung knew about what had happened. The company was up to him to get hold of the device, but he refused, and only after paying, the manufacturer had the unit for a radius x.
Initially, he felt that Samsung was helping until the representative of the company sent to him accidentally a text message, that was for another person.
The text said something like “I can try to slow it down if we think it matters, or we can just let him do what he keeps threatening that you will do, and see if he will do this”.
In the report, Klering said that “it made me think that you know that they are not taking it seriously enough and it is time to move forward”, about their next actions against the company. The model replacement for the Note 7 was in their hands for a little over a week before that catches on fire. Samsung have not commented on this yet, and Klering now says that is looking for legal help.
This is the fourth incident of this type from a Note 7 substitution in the program of the recall, just this week. On Friday, one of the models exploded in the hands of a girl of 13 years old and yesterday a fourth explosion has been reported in Taiwan.

The case of Klering is not the only one that suggests a conduct problem of Samsung. A chinese owner of a substitute role model of Note 7, which exploded in his possession, also refused to surrender their device for fear of the company does not handle your case correctly. This, in part, prompted the chinese government to condemn the way the company has dealt with the problem.
A station named “China Central Television” (CCTV) has described the behavior of the site of Samsung after the sequence of reports of the explosions as “full of arrogance”, accusing the company of “discriminatory policy” causing “the discontent of the chinese consumers.”
On Friday, Samsung issued a new general declaration for the operators, and the public consumer about the replacement of the units, saying that it is working on its investigation after the “recent reports” of some of them exploding.
We continue to move us quickly to investigate the reported case to determine the cause and we will share the results as quickly as possible. We remain in close contact with the CPSC [Consumer Product Safety Commission] during this whole process. If we conclude that a security problem exists, we will work with the CPSC to take immediate measures to resolve the situation.
A source reported to Bloomberg that the carrier AT&T can decide to shut down the sales of the Note 7 until the next Friday.
