Zagato creates unique Lamborghini – Autoviva Portugal

Lamborghini returned to join the class=”textwigdet Zagato for the creation of more than one vehicle will be officially unveiled at this year’s Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este. The 5-95 Zagato has been specially created for the famous collector Albert Spiess.

“I have always appreciated the ability of Zagato create timeless lines with a very strong visual impact. I believe that sensual design inspired by nature, together with the best technology, generate a perfect balance that can only be attained in Italy. The 5-95 will be a key part of my collection, “said the collector.

In the year that celebrates its 95th anniversary, the Zagato again surprised to turn a vehicle so characteristic, a car completely distinct. Reactions have been mixed, some people like a lot, but there are those who hate.

The Lamborghini 5-95 by Zagato was developed from a Gallardo LP 570-4 and includes the same V10 engine from the production model of the Italian brand.

Despite softer lines, which could bring more new Huracán, the Zagato 5-95 does not look nor the Gallardo nor with the latest model of Lamborghini. The front with a wider fenders and a grille with rounded edges, totally escapes the style of the Italian brand. How could not miss, Zagato added you to their brand image, the corrugated roof. The rear gets a larger air inlet covered by a shiny black fabric and four tailpipes integrated into the bumper.

Andrea Zagato justified the choice of the Gallardo “for being the most amazing project in the history of Lamborghini . An extraordinary, perfect car in terms of engineering, who took a picture of the ‘bull’ of a cottage industry to an industrial reality worldwide. “

This is not the first time and Lamborghini Zagato work together in partnership Primeria happened 50 years ago with Lamborghini 3500 GTZ. Since then the collaboration extended to two models class=”textwigdet Diablo , the Zagato Raptor, the Lamborghini Canto and even the prototype SUV LM003 Borneo.
