The Thorn is another of the exotic weapons that you can get in the expansion Destiny: Rise of Iron (query here, our guide to get the Khvostov 7G-0X). The Thorn is not a new gun in Destiny, there is in the game since the first year, however, Bungie has decided to update it for the new expansion.

The quest required to gain the weapon appears randomly when deliveries bounties, therefore, is a matter of time and patience (interestingly, this method was also used by Bungie in the first year, in the quest of the Thorn and other exotic weapons appeared randomly in the delivery of grants).

When you finally unlock the quest in the Thorn, you will have to complete five steps before you get the gun. Here are the five steps involved in quest of the Thorn (is not as difficult as the quest original):
